Although executive producer Marc Guggenheim and his "Arrow" took to the WonderCon stage this afternoon in Anaheim, California, they were relatively tight-lipped as far spoilers go for the future of the series. Guggenheim did, however, let slip one big surprise for the 21st episode.

"Episode 21 is the first time we flashback to a point that wasn't on the island," he says. "We'll be flashing back to before the ill-fated boat trip."

He goes on to say that the flashbacks will allow for actor Colin Salmon to reprise his role as Oliver Queen's stepfather Walter Steele.

The panel also revealed a new sizzle reel, featuring footage from upcoming episodes. You can check it out in the player below!

Starring Stephen Amell, Willa Holland Katie Cassidy, Colin Donnell, David Ramsey, Susanna Thompson and Paul Blackthorne, "Arrow" airs on the CW Wednesday nights.
