ComingSoon.net has your exclusive first look at the new TV spot for The Host, Andrew Niccol's adaptation of "The Twilight Saga" author Stephenie Meyer's bestseller starring Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons, Jake Abel, Diane Kruger, Chandler Canterbury, William Hurt and Frances Fisher.

In the March 29 release, when an unseen enemy threatens mankind by taking over their bodies and erasing their memories, Melanie Stryder (Ronan) will risk everything to protect the people she cares most about - Jared (Irons), Ian (Abel), her brother Jamie (Canterbury) and her Uncle Jeb (Hurt), proving that love can conquer all in a dangerous new world.
