For the past few days, The Capitol has been releasing Victory Portraits of past Hunger Games champions like last year's victors Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark alongside key Panem figures like Caesar Flickerman. Today, however, PopSugar has thrown out a bit of curveball with a new poster depicting District 12 resident Gale Hawthorne. According to our records, this young man doesn't actually have any connection whatsoever to previous games. Perhaps he has a surprise role to play as Panem prepares for the upcoming Quarter Quell on November 22.
