ComingSoon.net sat down to speak with both Willis, who reprises his role as John McClane, and with Jai Courtney, who enters the franchise as McClane's son, Jack. In the film, the elder McClane, thinking that his son has become a dangerous criminal, travels to Moscow to try and speak with him. Unfortunately for both McClanes, they're soon in the center of an international terrorist operation and have to find a way to work together with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.

In the below interviews, Courtney discusses the challenge of living up to the extraordinary fictional history of the McClane name and Willis talks about what keeps him a fan of the character and the franchise after a quarter of a century since the original changed the action movie landscape.
