Jason Statham has some questions for Jessica Alba in a new Mechanic: Resurrection clip

Summit Entertainment has just brought online a new Mechanic: Resurrection clip. In the player below, you can take a look at a scene from the action franchise sequel featuring stars Jason Statham and Jessica Alba. In it, Statham’s Arthur Bishop has reason to believe that the woman he just met may be hiding something.

The sequel to director Simon West’s 2011 action thriller (in turn a remake of the 1972 film starring Charles Bronson in the title role) begins when the deceitful actions of a cunning but beautiful woman (Alba) force Arthur Bishop (Statham) to return to the life he left behind. Soon, Bishop’s life is once again in danger as he has to complete an impossible list of assassinations of the most dangerous men in the world.

Filmed on location in Bangkok, Thailand, the new Mechanic film is directed by Dennis Gansel (We Are the Night). Statham, Alba and Jones are joined by Tommy Lee Jones and Michelle Yeoh. Look for Mechanic: Resurrection to debut in theaters this Friday, August 26, and check back later this week for ComingSoon.net’s exclusive interviews with Alba and Statham.
