With The Hunger Games coming to an end next year it seems there is no better time than now for the next young adult sensation to storm theaters, but what will it be? There seems to be a modicum of interest in the upcoming adaptation of Veronica Roth’s Divergent, but I don’t think the interest here is anywhere near the level seen with franchises such as Harry Potter, Twilight or Hunger Games, but hey, that’s just my perception.
With the sequel, Insurgent, set to begin production in May the question now is whether Divergent will be another Mortal Instruments or will it actually find success? Watch the latest trailer below and you tell me what you think.
