The domestic and international trailers for Ricky Gervais and Matt Robinson’s The Invention of Lying have come online. Opening September 25th, the Warner Bros. release stars Gervais, Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe, Jonah Hill, Louis C.K., John Hodgman, Tina Fey, Christopher Guest, Jeffrey Tambor, Nate Corddry, Patrick Stewart and Jason Bateman.
The comedy is set in a contemporary world where no one has ever lied. Gervais plays a performer who tells the first lie and harnesses its power for personal gain.
