I have just been informed that the Dead or Alive trailer that was and still is circulating the Net was not meant to be officially released. What does this mean? It means that the trailer has been removed from this site and I urge anyone that has access to it and or is showing it on any of their sites do the same out of respect for the filmmakers and the copyright they hold on the material.
The best option is to cease and desist from forwarding the trailer to anyone as further play of the trailer which is protected under copyright is actionable under the law.
Studios are very serious about things of this nature so please don’t get yourself or your website into any unnecessary trouble.
