The Trailer for The Gunman, Starring Sean Penn

Open Road Films (via Yahoo!) have released the first trailer for The Gunman, which features Sean Penn in his first action movie role. Check it out in the player below!

An adaptation of Jean-Patrick Manchette’s “The Prone Gunman,” Sean Penn stars as Jim Terrier, an international operative who is betrayed by the organization he worked for, and must go on the run in a relentless game of cat and mouse across Europe.

Also starring Ray Winstone, Jasmine Trinca, Javier Bardem, Idris Elba, and Mark Rylance, the Pierre Morel-directed film will open in theaters on March 20, 2015.
