The Trailer and Poster for Stonehearst Asylum, Starring Kate Beckinsale

Kate Beckinsale, Jim Sturgess, Brendan Gleeson, Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine topline the thriller loosely based on Edgar Allan Poe’s short story, “The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether.” In it, a recent medical school grad who takes a position at a mental institution soon finds himself taken with one of his colleagues, though he has no initial idea of a recent, horrifying staffing change.

Millennium Entertainment will release Stonehearst Asylum in theaters and On Demand October 24, 2014.
