This Thursday, Walt Disney Pictures invites you to take another look at the villain behind their 1959 animated classic Sleeping Beauty when Angelina Jolie breathes new cinematic life into the iconic Maleficent, revealing that there’s always another side to every story.
ComingSoon.net sat down with director Robert Stromberg (who makes his directorial debut with Maleficent, having previously served as Production Designer on films like Avatar, Alice in Wonderland and Oz The Great and Powerful) and the cast of his live-action fairytale, including Elle Fanning in the role of Princess Aurora, Sharlto Copley as Stefan and Sam Riley as Diaval, Maleficent’s faithful feathered familiar.
