Deadline is reporting that Chloe Moretz may star in the independent film The Wilderness of James, which was written by Michael Johnson, who will make his directorial debut.
The site says that the “film takes place in Portland and is the coming of age story about a young boy dealing with absence of his father.”
The movie would reunite her with Kodi Smit-McPhee, her Let Me In co-star. Filming is scheduled to start next month.
Chloe is currently shooting the new Carrie (which just released the first stills) and is set to again play Hit-Girl in the upcoming Kick-Ass 2.
