Brad Peyton, director of Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, is in talks to direct New Line Cinema’s San Andreas 3D, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.
First announced late last year, the project, which deals with a massive earthquake hitting California, was written by Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore with Allan Loeb performing rewrites.
Peyton also recently became attached to the Warner Bros. comic book property Lobo.
