Ken Jeong is set to re-team with his Transformers: Dark of the Moon director Michael Bay for the upcoming Pain and Gain, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter. He’ll play a character by the name of Johnny Wu.
The Paramount Pictures project stars Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris, Bar Paly, Rob Corddry, Tony Shalhoub, Bar Paly and Rebel Wilson. Based on a true story, the film follows a group of bodybuilders who engaged in a campaign of kidnapping, extortion and murder in Florida.
Jeong is best known for his role in both installments of The Hangover and as Senor Chang on NBC’s “Community,” currently airing its third season Thursday nights at 8pm EST/PT.
