What to Expect When You’re Expecting Goes Viral

Summer of 2012 is shaping up to be a fascinating time for movie virals. Filmgoers can follow the investor relations of Weyland Industries, come out either for or against the masked vigilante known as Spider-Man, report paranormal sightings to The Men in Black Suits Are Real or find out your District in the dystopic world of Panem. There’s even a Los Angeles-based cult you can join and, just revealed yesterday, a brand new company that can remember it for you, wholesale.

A bit more down to Earth, but nonetheless impressive, Lionsgate has officially launched its viral campaign for their May 18th romantic comedy, What to Expect When You’re Expecting.

The film’s ensemble cast includes Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Chace Crawford, Brooklyn Decker, Anna Kendrick, Matthew Morrison, Dennis Quaid, Chris Rock and many more and is inspired by the perennial New York Times bestseller of the same name, detailing the adventures of five couples whose intertwined lives are turned upside down by the challenges of impending parenthood.

In the player below, you can check out the faux TV ad for “Celebrity Dance Factor,” featuring Cameron Diaz’s Jules Baxter, click here to visit Skyler Cooper’s (Brooklyn Decker) Pinterest site or follow Rosie’s (Anna Kendrick) food truck on Twitter @Cheezy_Rider. We’ve also updated our gallery with new stills from the film, which you can check out here.
