Tom Cruise headlines The Mummy, which features Sofia Boutella as the title monster, , an ancient queen whose destiny was unjustly taken from her, leaving her entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert. When she is awakened in our current day, she brings with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.

From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy ushers in the new world of gods and monsters that is Universal’s Dark Universe.

The Mummy cast also includes Annabelle Wallis (upcoming King Arthur, television’s Peaky Blinders), Jake Johnson (Jurassic World), Courtney B. Vance (TV’s American Crime Story: The People V. O.J. Simpson) and, as Dr. Jekyll, Academy Award winner Russell Crowe (Gladiator).
