Morten Tyldum to Direct What Happened to Monday?

Norwegian director Morten Tyldum is set to make his North American debut with a dystopic feature entitled What Happened to Monday?, Vendome Pictures announced today.

Written by Max Botkin, the film follows identical septuplet brothers who struggle to stay hidden in an overpopulated world where a “one child” policy dictates that siblings are against the law.

Raffaella De Laurentiis via the Raffaella Productions banner developed the project and will will also serve as producer alongside Vendome’s CEO Philippe Rousselet. Vendome committed to finance the project in December of last year just days after it made the Black List.
