Warner Bros. Pictures Dates Project X and Bullet to the Head

Warner Bros. Pictures set release dates for two of its 2012 films today.

The studio is targeting a March 2, 2012 release for Project X, the low-budget R-rated comedy produced by Todd Phillips and executive produced by Joel Silver. The film revolves around a group of kids documenting a house party that suddenly goes awry.

Other movies scheduled for the same date are Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters and Jeff, Who Lives at Home.

On April 13, 2012, Warner Bros. will release the Walter Hill-directed action-thriller Bullet to the Head, which is currently filming in New Orleans. The movie stars Sylvester Stallone, Sung Kang, Sarah Shahi, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christian Slater and Holt McCallany.

The movie will also have to face three other releases, including The Cabin in the Woods, Lockout and the Untitled Farrelly/Wessler Comedy.

These release dates could change, of course, so stay tuned to our Film Database for more updates.
