Guy Pearce (The King’s Speech), Felicity Jones (pictured left, Like Crazy), and Amy Ryan (Gone Baby Gone) are attached to star in an untitled film from director Drake Doremus.
Doremus and Ben York Jones wrote the screenplay. Their previous collaboration was Like Crazy, which won the Grand Jury Prize at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. Jones also won the Special Jury Prize for Acting, Dramatic Competition, for her work in Like Crazy at Sundance.
While the story is under wraps, it is known that the film will be about the nature of love and marriage. Production begins in August.
The producers are Jonathan Schwartz and Andrea Sperling from Super Crispy Entertainment and Steven Rales and Mark Roybal from Indian Paintbrush. Indian Paintbrush (Like Crazy) will also finance the film.
