UPDATE: Actual figures show that Hidden Figures was underestimated and earned $22.8 million this weekend, making it the #1 movie in North America. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story earned a little over $22 million.

Disney and Lucasfilm’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and 20th Century Fox’s Hidden Figures are in a race for the top spot at the domestic box office that is still too close to call. According to Disney, Rogue One earned $22 million this weekend, while 20th Century Fox is saying Hidden Figures earned $21.8 million. Some rival studios have those numbers reversed, however, so we’ll have to wait until actual figures come out on Monday to see which one is the clear winner.

With the $22 million weekend, The Walt Disney Studios‘ Rogue One has now earned $477.3 million in North America after four weeks, making it the #2 release of 2016 behind only Finding Dory ($486 million). Internationally, the Star Wars film added another $56.6 million ($31 million of that coming from China, where it just opened) and has now reached $437.1 million. That means the worldwide total now stands at $914.4 million. Rogue One has passed both Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ($873 million) and The Secret Life of Pets ($876 million) to become the fifth-highest grossing release of 2016 globally. The film cost about $200 million to make.

Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, Kirsten Dunst, Jim Parsons, Mahershala Ali, Aldis Hodge, Glen Powell and Kevin Costner. Hidden Figures received an excellent A+ CinemaScore from audiences, which could mean great things at the box office for the film down the road. It also cost only $25 million to make.

Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures‘ Sing added $19.6 million in third place this weekend. After three weeks, the animated film has earned $213.4 million in North America. Internationally, Sing has earned $143.5 million for a worldwide total of $356.9 million. Directed by Garth Jennings, Sing was made for $75 million and features the voices of Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Seth MacFarlane, Scarlett Johansson, John C. Reilly, Taron Egerton and Tori Kelly.

Screen Gems’ Underworld: Blood Wars opened in fourth place with an estimated $13.1 million from 3,070 theaters. The movie has made $45 million overseas since starting its international rollout in late November. Costing $35 million to make and directed by Anna Foerster, Underworld: Blood Wars stars Kate Beckinsale, Theo James, Tobias Menzies, Lara Pulver, Charles Dance, James Faulkner, Peter Andersson, Clementine Nicholson, Bradley James, and Daisy Head. Underworld: Blood Wars received a B+ CinemaScore from audiences.

Damien Chazelle’s La La Land (Lionsgate) rose two spots to fifth domestically with $10 million to bring its total to $51.7 million. La La Land, starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, was made for just $30 million.
