Nicole Kidman may be joining the cast of the upcoming drama The Paperboy, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.
Written and directed by Lee Daniels (Precious), the film stars Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey and deals with a pair of brothers who work together to save the life of a death row inmate. Kidman’s potential role would be that of a woman who writes letters to inmates and brings this particular case to the attention of one of the brothers, a reporter.
Kidman would replace Sofia Vergara who recently had to drop the project due to conflicting production schedules.
