The first images from the New Orleans set of Columbia Pictures’ 21 Jump Street are now online, courtesy of On Location Vacations.
Based on the Fox series that ran from 1987 to 1991, the movie will center on two undercover cops (Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum), who are assigned to work in schools.
To be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs), the big screen adaptation also stars Ice Cube, Brie Larson, Rob Riggle, DeRay Davis, Dave Franco and Jake Johnson with a cameo appearance by the television series’ original star, Johnny Depp, planned as well.
The below images were taken by a local extra, Travis, who scored a background role as a police officer himself and offer our first look at Hill and Tatum in uniform.
