The Hollywood Reporter says that Paramount Pictures has picked up an untitled comedy pitch from Anna Faris for the actress to star in. Roth Films’ Joe Roth and Palak Patel will produce.
According to the trade, the story revolves around Faris and a new roommate, who turns out to be a stalker from hell.
Deanna Kizis will write the script, which will be based on a funny incident that happened in Faris’ real life.
Faris will executive produce with Doug Wald.
The actress can next be seen on the big screen in the Fox romantic comedy What’s Your Number?.
