DisneyPixar announced today that the Monsters, Inc. prequel Monsters University has been pushed back from November 2, 2012 to June 21, 2013. There are no other movies scheduled around that date yet.
Directed by Dan Scanlon, the film shows how best friends Sulley (voiced by John Goodman) and Mike (voiced by Billy Crystal) first met while attending Monsters University. You can check out the newly-released logo here.
Disney also moved up animated film Reboot Ralph from March 22, 2013 to the vacant November 2, 2012 spot.
After DreamWorks Animation saw this change, the studio moved The Croods from March 1, 2013 to March 22, 2013.
