20th Century Fox is developing a feature musical set to the music of the Beach Boys that Craig Zadan, Neil Meron and John Stamos will produce, reports Variety.
Susannah Grant (Erin Brockovich) will write the script for the project. The fictional storyline is being kept under wraps.
Zadan and Meron produced Hairspray and executive produced Chicago. They are currently in pre-production on Paramount’s Footloose.
