Warner Bros. is developing a feature film based on Kate Brian’s Private novels
A popular young adult series is heading to the big screen as Deadline today reports that Kate Brian‘s Private novels are set to become a feature film. Set up at Warner Bros. Pictures and Alloy Entertainment, the big-screen take will be scripted by Stacy Rukeyser (UnREAL).
The Private novels include 14 main books, two prequel novels and a six-part spinoff series, Privilege. The first book in the series, titled simply Private, is officially described as follows:

Previously, Alloy adapted the first four Private novels (Private, Invitation Only, Untouchable and Confessions) into a 20-part web series. Although the series is no longer officially available online, a DVD of all 20 episodes was released and is available for purchase at Amazon.
