UPDATE: Variety says the comedy is at Universal Pictures and is titled “WanderLust.” The film centers on a couple who, after losing all of their money, take refuge at a commune. David Wain will direct from a screenplay written by Wain, Marino and Rudd. Jennifer Aniston is set to star with Rudd.
MTV got a chance to talk to Judd Apatow, who revealed he’s producing a new Paul Rudd film.
“I’m producing a movie that Paul Rudd’s in that’s shooting in the fall which David Wain wrote with Ken Marino, and they’re going to announce that soon,” he said.
We’ll have to wait and see what the project is, but the movie will be a reunion as David Wain directed Role Models and wrote that comedy’s script with Marino and Rudd.
