ComingSoon.net/ShockTillYouDrop.com got a chance to talk to creature designer Aaron Sims, who gave us an update on Planet of the Apes prequel Caesar: Rise of the Apes, to be directed by Rupert Wyatt for 20th Century Fox.
“I’m working on ‘Planet of the Apes,’ the prequel to that,” Sims told us. “Working on what the apes look like with director Rupert Wyatt. I’ll find out this week where we stand because it just got the green light and a lot of the stuff I’ve done before was just to get the studio excited about it. Now they’re all on board.
