Author Harlan Coben (“Tell No One”) will receive another French adaptation with Long Lost, with the movie to be shot in English this time.
Variety says French producer/distributor Gaumont has acquired rights to the France-set novel centered on a sports agent who stumbles on a terrorist plot while racing to find the long-lost daughter of an ex-girlfriend.
Gaumont will develop and produce the adaptation with Nick Wechsler, producer of The Road and We Own the Night.
