The Hollywood Reporter says Chase Palmer will work on the Dune script for director Pierre Morel (From Paris With Love, Taken) at Paramount Pictures.
Palmer will work Morel’s ideas into original writer Josh Zetumer’s screenplay. According to the trade, Morel is intent on staying close to the source material, Frank Herbert’s classic 1965 sci-fi novel.
Kevin Misher and Richard Rubinstein are producing the new film.
