Meadowland Trailer: Olivia Wilde Headlines the Psychological Drama

The Meadowland trailer offers a look at the directorial debut of cinematographer Reed Morano

Cinedigm has just brought online the Meadowland trailer and, in the player below, you can take a first look at the upcoming psychological drama starring Olivia Wilde (TRON Legacy, Drinking Buddies) and Luke Wilson (The Skeleton Twins, “Enlightened”). In addition the Meadowland trailer, there’s also a newly released poster for the film, which you can view in full in the gallery viewer at the bottom of this page.

The directorial debut of cinematographer Reed Morano (whose work has included films like Kill Your Darlings and The Skeleton Twins), Meadowland is set in the hazy aftermath of an unimaginable loss and follows married couple Sarah (Wilde) and Phil (Wilson) as they come unhinged, recklessly ignoring the repercussions. Phil, a New York City cop, starts to lose sight of his morals as Sarah puts herself in increasingly dangerous situations, falling deeper into her own fever dream. 

Meadowland, written by Chris Rossi, also stars Giovanni Ribisi (Ted, A Million Ways to Die in the West), Elisabeth Moss (“Mad Men,” The One I Love), Ty Simpkins (Insidious, Jurassic World), John Leguizamo (John Wick, Cymbeline) Kevin Corrigan (Results, Cymbeline), Merritt Wever (“Nurse Jackie,” Birdman), Scott Mescudi (Entourage, Need For Speed), Mark Feuerstein (“Royal Pains,” “Nurse Jackie”) and Juno Temple (The Dark Knight Rises, The Brass Teapot).

Olivia Wilde, Margot Hand, Matt Tauber and Aaron L. Gilbert serve as producers on Meadowland with Erika Hampson and Chris Rossi co-producing and Jennifer Levine, Jason Cloth, Alex Garcia, Santiago Garcia Galvan, Marla Rand, Scott Paterson, Allan J. Stitt, Paul Golini, Kelly Morel and Lauren Selig execuctive producing.

Look for Meadowland to first hit  theaters beginning October 16 with the film then coming to On Demand October 23rd
