CBS Films is developing the teen comedy Freaky Monday with producers Andrew Gunn and Mark Waters, reports Variety.
The studio has optioned the body-switching novel from “Freaky Friday” writer Heather Hach.
Hach co-wrote “Freaky Monday” with Mary Rodgers, author of the 1973 novel “Freaky Friday.”
Freaky Monday centers on a smart but insecure girl who magically switches bodies with her sympathetic junior high English teacher for a day.
