20th Century Fox has released three clips from Ridley Scott‘s The Counselor featuring Michael Fassbender as a Southwest lawyer who thinks he can dip a toe into the drug business without getting sucked down. In the three clips we see as his character sits down with Brad Pitt as a character named Westray, Javier Bardem as Reiner and Penelope Cruz as Laura.
I have done my best to avoid any plot details beyond what I’ve written above since I want to go into this one free and clear as it’s one of my more anticipated films for the second half of the year.
The screenplay was written by Cormac McCarthy and the film hits theaters on October 25. Watch the three clips below and stay tuned for the full trailer tomorrow
