The anticipation for Warner’s Beautiful Creatures certainly isn’t on par with fellow young adult adaptations such as the Twilight and Harry Potter frachises, but there does seem to be a faction of fans out there anticipating the release of the Southern-set supernatural love story based on the first novel in the best-selling series by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.
Telling the tale of two star-crossed lovers — Ethan (Alden Ehrenreich), a young man longing to escape his small town, and Lena (Alice Englert), a mysterious new girl — Beautiful Creatures follows them asthey uncover dark secrets about their respective families, their history and their town.
Tonight the final poster for the film arrives featuring the leads as well as the strong list of supporting actors including Jeremy Irons, Viola Davis, Emmy Rossum, Thomas Mann and Emma Thompson.
