If You Could See One of These 20 Upcoming 2012 Releases Today, which One Would It Be?

I just added this latest poll to the homepage, but felt it would be just as fun to create an actual post as I ask you, “If you could see one of these 20 upcoming 2012 releases today which one would it be?”

Yes, I’m sure for some of you there may be another release you are more interested in seeing, but I felt this was a good way of covering the big ones and hopefully I included a film that would cover movie fans of all ages, genders and tastes, though I’m sure art house fans may be a bit under-represented.

So, which that disclaimer out of the way, what will it be? Comic fans will have to choose between The Dark Knight Rises, The Avengers and The Amazing Spider-Man. Crime drama fans will have to consider if Gangster Squad is the most appealing of the bunch.

Perhaps Pixar is your thing and Brave tops your list or perhaps your an action fan and The Bourne Legacy is your most anticipated of the bunch, or maybe Ridley Scott’s return to sci-fi with Prometheus and then there’s the return of James Bond in Skyfall.

Decisions, decisions as you look over the list and remember Quentin Tarantino will deliver Django Unchained, Alfonso Cuaron heads into silent space with Gravity, Kathryn Bigelow returns with Kill Bin Laden, Steven Spielberg explores Lincoln, Baz Luhrmann tackles The Great Gatsby IN 3D! and Brad Pitt aims to survive World War Z.

Oh, fantasy is your thing? How about The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Wrath of the Titans, Snow White and the Huntsman, the other Kristen Stewart flick that is sure to appeal to many, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and the franchise that hopes to pick up where Twilight leaves off, The Hunger Games?

2011 is coming to an end folks, but I must say, 2012 is shaping up to be one of the best year’s in big budget cinema we have seen in some time with a handful of modestly budgeted films thrown in the mix and who knows what kind of art house films are on their way to be found in Cannes and Toronto.

However, for today I ask you, which ONE of these 20 films would you want to see right now if you could?
