Quentin Tarantino delivered his top 20 films of 2010 to Tarantino.info and in his top ten he and I have our shared enjoyment of Toy Story 3, True Grit and Tangled in common. His bottom ten also has a couple of my top ten selection with The King’s Speech and The Fighter.
Noticeably absent are Inception and Sofia Coppola’s Somewhere, the latter of which won the Venice Film Festival where he sat as head of jury and it was thought the film received a potentially unfair advantage due to the one time relationship between Tarantino and Coppola. With the absence of Coppola’s film it insinuates Tarantino may not have been the one to spearhead that win. Fellow Venice premiere, Black Swan is also missing from his list.
