As I mentioned in my new batch of just posted Oscar predictions, I saw David Fincher’s The Social Network last night and while I’m holding off on rushing a review online I will tell you it is quite good, though not as good as the buzz that’s been going around. The Social Network hits theaters on October 1 and is based on the Ben Mezrich novel “The Accidental Billionaires,” focusing on the evolution of Facebook from its 2004 creation on the Harvard campus by sophomore Mark Zuckerberg to a juggernaut with more than 500 million members.
