USA Today has debuted new photos from 20 Century Fox’s Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, opening in theaters and IMAX on May 22nd. The Shawn Levy-directed sequel stars Ben Stiller, Amy Adams, Hank Azaria, Robin Williams, Ricky Gervais, Owen Wilson, Ed Helms, Christopher Guest, Jon Bernthal, Bill Hader, Alain Chabat, Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon.
The article talks a bit about a possible third film:
Levy has high hopes for Museum 2, but he stops short of the word “franchise.”
“There are rumblings of another installment,” he says. “We would love to take this premise (further). But even to say there’s a likely third film is premature.
“We’re not going to jinx things.”
