Odd Lot Entertainment has acquired the rights and will finance and produce the coming-of-age comedy Imaginary Larry, which Larry Guterman will direct.
The story centers on 12-year old Randy, whose only friend is the imaginary 30-year-old Larry. When Randy kisses a girl for the first time, that action permanently banishes Larry to Imaginary World. Larry vows to make himself real and exact revenge on the girl who stole his best friend.
David R. Goodman (“South Park,” Father of the Pride) wrote the screenplay. Odd Lot’s Deborah Del Prete and Gigi Pritzker will produce.
