Variety reports that freshly rechristened company Berk/Lane Entertainment (formerly Union Square Entertainment) is developing two new projects: The Company Men, written and directed by John Wells; and All the Ships at Sea, a romantic comedy written and directed by Vic Levin.
Levin (Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!) will write and direct “Ships,” a romantic comedy revolving around two pals who fall for the same woman.
“Company Men” follows a group of businessmen coping with the harsh realities of unemployment after being downsized. Wells is producing with Claire Rudnick Polstein and Paula Weinstein.
