Rachael Leigh Cook, Steven Root, Grace Zabriskie, Amy Ryan, Eddie Jemison, Lucy Davis and Michael Leydon Campbell will star in romantic comedy Bob Funk.
Keith Kjarval acquired, developed and will produce the film for his Unified Pictures. Ben Ruffman will executive produce.
The film begins shooting in Los Angeles later this month and marks Craig Carlisle’s feature directorial debut.
The script, written by Carlisle, revolves around a sardonic sales exec for a futon company owned by his mother. He begins to fall for the woman his mother has hired to replace him.
