Legendary Pictures has, according to a story today at Deadline, secured an original pitch from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” star and co-creator Rob McElhenney. Titled Figment, the project is a family action adventure that will be both written and directed by McElhenney, marking the actor’s feature film directing debut.
Figment is said to follow “an imaginative boy and his family who are thrown for a loop when their greatest fears come to life.”
McElhenney will also produce Figment alongside Nicholas Frenkel.
