The Great Barrier Reef is getting a little bit of Baltimore with the reveal that “The Wire” stars Idris Elba and Dominic West are both set to lend their voices to Disney?Pixar’s Finding Dory, the sequel to the 2003 hit Finding Nemo.
“We’re both in the sequel to ‘Finding Nemo,'” West revealed in an interview today with Shortlist (via /Film), “so we were recording that.”
Also set to star Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Willem Dafoe, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy and Ty Burrell, Finding Dory takes place about a year after the first film, and features returning favorites Marlin, Nemo and the Tank Gang, among others. Set in part along the California coastline, the story also welcomes a host of new characters, including a few who will prove to be a very important part of Dory’s life.
Finding Dory hits theaters on June 17, 2016.
