Screen Gems debuted the North American trailer for Scott Derrickson’s Deliver Us From Evil yesterday, but now a completely different international trailer has been released as well and can be viewed below.
Eric Bana, Edgar Ramirez, Olivia Munn, Sean Harris and Joel McHale star in the supernatural thriller, which follows New York police officer Ralph Sarchie (Bana), who is struggling with his own personal issues. As he begins investigating a series of disturbing and inexplicable crimes, he joins forces with an unconventional priest (Ramirez), schooled in the rituals of exorcism, to combat the frightening and demonic possessions that are terrorizing their city. The film is based upon the book, which details Sarchie’s bone-chilling real-life cases.
Deliver Us From Evil hits theaters on July 2.
