Leading man Chris Pine is teaming with director David Gordon Green for a new thriller titled The Line, says a story today at The Hollywood Report.
Scripted by Sang Kyu Kim (“The Walking Dead”), The Line will see Pine play a patrol agent who loses his family and winds up going on the run with a young boy whose own family was killed by a drug cartel.
Rory Aitken and Ben Pugh will produce with Stuart Ford and Matt Jackson executive producing. IM Global is handling funding and will look for buyers for the project at the upcoming European Film Market in Berlin.
