Talking Lens Productions has announced that Mischa Barton (picture at left), Sean Astin, John Hannah, Michael Biehn, Stelio Savante and Noureen DeWulf have joined the cast of Raza Mallal’s thriller Kickback.
Based on a true story, the movie written and directed by Mallal, follows a renegade Moscow detective investigating the murder of a female war journalist who becomes embroiled in a web of counter espionage involving chemical warfare and the assassination of the Russian president.
Mallal is co-producing the film with Kevan Van Thompson and Executive Producer Ilja Rosendahl with plans to start filming in Prague, London and other cities in the fall.
