Actor Michael Shannon and writer-director Jeff Nichols are gearing up for a fourth feature film project together. Variety reports that Shannon will headline Nichols’ next, an untitled science fiction project said to involve a present-day chase.
Shannon and Nichols previously teamed for Shotgun Stories and Take Shelter with their latest, Mud, in theaters now. Coming up, Shannon can be seen as General Zod in Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel.
Warner Bros. Pictures is set to take on the untitled film with Sarah Green and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones producing.
