In case you haven’t taken care of your dress or tux yet or still need to book a limo, consider this a friendly reminder from ComingSoon.net that Prom is this Friday.
Arriving from Walt Disney Pictures, Prom takes a modern look at a timeless tradition, pulling in a cast of newcomers to tell the intersecting stories of one high school class. Aimee Teegarden stars as Nova Prescott, an honor student who has dedicated her semester to planning the perfect Prom, only to have everything she knows come into question after meeting the rebellious Jesse Richter (Thomas McDonell). Meanwhile, longtime couple Mei (Yin Chang) and Justin (Jared Kusnitz) have to deal with their rapidly developing future and face the fact that it may be what ultimately tears them apart. Tyler (DeVaughn Nixon) and Jordan (Kylie Bunbury) themselves have to face a very different threat to their relationship while, all across the school, every student experiences the event as a turning point in their own story.
ComingSoon.net headed back to school (the same one used for the film) to chat with the cast about their experiences on-set and their own thoughts on high school’s last hurrah.
Catch Prom in theaters April 29th, and please remember to drive safe.
