Interview with Vin Diesel on The Last Witch Hunter

The lack of original ideas and movies is a real problem these days, so it’s a little surprising when one of the newest and most original ideas comes from the man that launched many an action franchise, Mr. Vin Diesel. 

After making a number of Fast and Furious and Riddick movies, Vin Diesel is branching out with The Last Witch Hunter and his character of Kaulder, an immortal from the time of Vikings who has been fighting and killing witches for centuries. Now living in modern-day New York, Kaulder starts getting warnings that a malevolent presence he thought dead might be returning and along with a Dreamwalker (Rose Leslie from “Game of Thrones”) and his latest handler Dolan (Elijah Wood), he must put a stop to a group of dark witches who are hoping to bring back the Witch Queen that killed Kaulder’s wife and daughter.

ComingSoon.net attended the New York junket for Diesel’s movie, and honestly, you don’t interview Vin Diesel as much as you walk into a room with him and hope that he’ll be in the mood to talk about what you want to ask him about, so we didn’t really ask him too many questions and just hoped that eventually he would talk about The Last Witch Hunter, which he did.
