Opening in theaters this fine Halloween day, Before I Go to Sleep represents the latest from director Rowan Joffe (The American, 28 Weeks Later), adapting S.J. Watson’s bestselling thriller and featuring an all-star cast that includes Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth and Mark Strong.
In the film, Kidman plays Christine, a woman who, after a mysterious accident, has lost the ability to form new memories. She may have some salvation with a doctor (Strong), who claims to have her best interests at heart. She’s been hiding the treatments from her husband (Firth), however, and even she’s not sure why or, for that matter, who her husband even is.
ComingSoon.net sat down with Kidman and Joffe to discuss Before I Go to Sleep and its pulp thriller sensibilities. Check out the interviews in the player below and catch the film in theaters in a limited release today, October 31.
